You Can Always Find Me In The Kitchen

Ever since I can remember, I've had a love for culinary arts. Not so much a love for food, (as I was an insanely picky eater as a child...and still am to a degree) but a love for the process. I was intrigued by the idea of taking ingredients and creating a dish or baking up and decorating a fancy pastry.

I was the kid who preferred "Louisana Cookin" to Sesame Street, pulled the cookbooks off the shelf before I could even read and would push a chair up to the kitchen counter so I could see and hopefully help someone make something!

I never went to culinary school, I am completely self taught and still learning. 

I am big on simple, easy and "half scratch" meals and deserts and even bigger on presentation.

I am here to share all of my findings, creations, tips and tricks with anyone who is interested.
